By accessing or using TheChannelMarket (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our marketplace.

1. About TheChannelMarket

TheChannelMarket is a peer-facilitated marketplace that connects sellers of aged YouTube channels with buyers. We act as an intermediary and coordinator for channel transfers, we are not a financial institution, broker, or YouTube partner. All channels listed are owned by the seller and verified by our team before listing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and make purchases. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Channel Listings

All channel listings include verified statistics (subscriber count, creation year, monthly views) sourced directly from YouTube Studio at the time of listing. Stats may fluctuate slightly between listing and transfer; we are not liable for minor organic variations. We do not guarantee future revenue, subscriber growth, or monetization approval after transfer.

4. Sales coordination

This Site does not process payments. To buy a channel, you contact us using the "Contact to buy" button on the channel page, or directly on our Telegram channel (link in the channel page and footer). We then coordinate the deal personally, agreeing on terms, payment method, and timing in writing (by email or chat) before any money moves.

Do not send payment without an explicit written agreement. If anyone claims to represent us and asks for payment outside of an active email or Telegram thread you started from this site, treat it as a scam and report it to support@thechannelmarket.com.

5. Transfer process

Once we agree on the deal in writing, we coordinate the YouTube channel ownership transfer via the official Google/YouTube brand-account transfer mechanism. The transfer process typically takes 24–72 hours. You will receive an update at each step. The transaction is considered complete once you confirm access to the channel in writing.

6. Refunds

Because we never take payment upfront on this site, refund risk is structurally limited. The full refund policy is documented at /refund. In short: if we cannot complete the official transfer after you have paid, you receive a full refund. Once you confirm access to the channel in writing, the sale is final.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy listing data at scale
• Circumvent our process by contacting sellers directly outside the platform
• Submit false or fraudulent payment references
• Resell channels obtained here while misrepresenting their origin

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, design, code, logos) is the property of TheChannelMarket. Channel names, thumbnails, and branding belong to the respective channel owners. Purchase of a channel does not grant you trademark rights to any brand name associated with that channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheChannelMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any channel purchased. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
